How does it work?
Each of our graduates undertake four rotations over a fifteen month period. Two of the rotations are within our Business Services division, to gain exposure to a variety of clients and team members. The additional rotations are within our specialist divisions offering hands-on experience in a variety of areas to assist in broadening your development and allowing you to discover your preferred career direction.
How do I apply to the Graduate Program?
Applications open in February of each year and you can apply online via Career Opportunities.
To apply, you are asked to complete the online application form which includes attaching a cover letter, resume and available academic transcripts.
In completing the online application form, you should aim to demonstrate:
- Excellent and consistent academic results
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Community involvement
- Work experience
- An innate drive to achieve both professionally and personally
- The ability to work as a team player

Applications for April 2011 intake close Wednesday, 24 March 2010.
