Peter Zervos

Peter commenced in the profession in 1992. In 1994 he joined Kutner Rosenberg and over the years has made a significant contribution to the growth of the practice.

As a Partner of the firm’s Business Services Division, Peter specialises in business and taxation advice, financial reporting and analysis. His expertise lies in business structures, asset protection, Capital Gains Tax and property transactions.

Peter also has extensive experience in transactions relating to the sale and managing the acquisition of medium and large businesses. In addition Peter is involved in managing and negotiating significant taxation reviews and audits.

Peter’s portfolio of clients consists of medium to large family businesses in the retail, wholesale, export, manufacturing, and property development industries.

For Peter, client service and developing personal relationships with his clients is vital to ensure that he gets an understanding of his clients’ businesses and their needs. Coupled with his technical and practical experiences, Peter is able to provide his clients with innovative and valuable business solutions.
