Gary has over 35 years experience in practice including 10 years with a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm and 18 years as a partner in the accounting firm Hershan Serebro.
In 1999, he merged his practice with Nexia Alexander & Spencer. He is a former State Councillor and former State Chairman of the Victorian Division of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Gary is a member of the Self Managed Superannuation Professionals Association of Australia and is a SMSF Specialist Advisor ®.
His areas of specialisation are:
- Strategic Taxation Planning to facilitate optimal tax outcomes and hence wealth creation for family groups.
- Strategic Estate Planning advice that considers not only the current generation but also the future generations in terms of tax advantaged income streams.
- Planning Superannuation Taxation Strategies for members particularly those who are either approaching retirement or are in retirement.
