Simon joined the firm in November 2009 after 22 years with another chartered accounting firm (8 years as a Partner).
He is a specialist audit and assurance practitioner with deep experience on listed and non listed companies, large family groups, large superannuation funds, investment trusts and a diverse range of not-for-profit entities.
Simon has also worked with many clients on the transition to IFRS, pre-acquisition due diligence reviews, accounting for business combinations, conducting impairment assessments and annual statutory reporting.
Simon holds the following professional qualifications and memberships:
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia
- Registered Company Auditor
- Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia
- Graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment
- Graduate diploma of Financial Planning
